Judge Rules State Farm’s Parent Company May Be Sued Over Katrina Damage

A U.S. Magistrate has ruled that State Farm’s parent company can be sued over Katrina damages because executives were involved in creating a "wind-water protocol" that some policyholders say was used to fraudulently deny claims.  A good story from Anita Lee of the Sun Herald of Biloxi, Miss.
